If you’re unavailable during the scheduled window, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll reschedule your pickup or delivery. Most services offer flexible scheduling to accommodate these situations.
We take great care handling your items, but in the unlikely event of loss or damage, we investigate each case. Compensation or replacement may be provided when loss or damage is determined to be our responsibility. Please report any issue within 24 hours of delivery.
Simply click the “Schedule Pickup” (or equivalent) button on our site, create an account if necessary, and choose your date/time. There you can also specify preferences, delivery instructions, or special laundry-care requests.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment will be processed after your laundry is washed, weighed, and ready for delivery. There are no surprise charges.
